This course describes Florida Statute 429.918, the unique legislation that established standards for licensure as a Specialized Adult Day Services provider. Content addresses the definitions of terms in the Statute, how the educational and patient care standards are met in the specialized day care setting and provides examples of strategies for documenting individualized interventions for patients.
